The high-performance, quad-channel ADC boasts an inherent anti-aliasing capability, eliminating the need for a complicated external anti-aliasing filter. It should appeal to engineers working in a wide range of applications, including electrical test and measurement, three-phase power quality analysis, sonar, audio testing, and condition monitoring for predictive maintenance. Mouser also stocks the EVAL-AD7134FMCZ evaluation board, which provides a demonstration platform for the AD7134 ADC. The board includes two pre-mounted AD7134 devices to enable multi-device simultaneous sampling. The EVAL-AD7134FMCZ evaluation board requires the EVAL-SDP-CH1Z high-speed controller board, which can then connect to a PC using a USB 2.0 high-speed port.

These compact, highly integrated 1200V power modules are built with both SiC MOSFETs and SiC diodes, combining the benefits of both devices in a single solution. The modules support a range of power supply applications, from electric/hybrid vehicles (EVs/HEVs) to medical power supplies, aircraft actuation systems and photovoltaic/solar/wind converters. The modules feature a case temperature of +80°C and AlN substrate for improved thermal performance to enable switch mode power supplies and motor control in a broad range of defence, automotive, medical, and industrial applications.

This module provides non-invasive measurement of blood oxygen concentration, heart rate, and pulse oximetry. Designed for use in mobile and wearable devices, the module features an anti-allergenic glass cover, allowing use in health applications requiring direct skin contact. Beyond wearable devices, the OB1203 sensor module is capable of determining the proximity of nearby objects by integrating light sources and drivers into a single optically optimised package. The device’s biosensor offers oxygen saturation measurement behind visibly dark IR transmissive ink, providing a useful solution for aesthetic industrial designs. The OB1203 sensor module is housed in a minuscule, optically enhanced 4.2 mm × 2 mm × 1.2 mm package.

The BM220P and BGM220S pre-certified Bluetooth 5.2 modules are based on the EFR32BG22 Wireless Gecko SoC. The modules are built to meet the requirements of battery-powered IoT devices, with exceptional RF range and performance, enhanced security and support for OTA firmware updates. Bluetooth 5.2 Low Energy and Bluetooth mesh are supported in a package as small as 6mm by 6mm by 1.1mm. Both modules are FCC, CE, IC/ISEDC, MIC/TELEC, and KCC certified and consume 4.3mA in 1 Mbps receive mode. Typical applications include portable medical, connected home, wellness devices, asset tags and beacons.

The BlueNRG-LP is an ultra-low-power programmable Bluetooth Low Energy wireless SoC solution. The BlueNRG-2N a wireless network co-processor. Both embed STMicroelectronics’ state-of-art 2.4 GHz RF radio IPs combining unparalleled performance with extremely long-battery lifetime. Both enable Bluetooth® Low Energy connectivity in applications such as home and industrial automation, smart lighting, fitness and wellness devices, security and mobile phone peripherals. The BlueNRG-2N is fully compliant with Bluetooth core specification version 5.0. It supports enhanced features such as state-of-the-art security, privacy, and extended packet length for faster data transfer at application level up to 700 kbps. The BlueNRG-LP is compliant with Bluetooth Low Energy SIG core specification version 5.2 addressing point-to-point connectivity and Bluetooth Mesh networking and allows large-scale device networks to be established reliably.

One of the smallest and most accurate humidity sensors on the market, the compact, high-accuracy sensors deliver reliable performance in harsh environments, including in industrial, automotive, and medical applications. The sensors offer fast response times, precision measurement, and low hysteresis, even when exposed to extreme temperature and humidity environments. The sensors have an operating temperature range of minus 40 degrees to 125 degrees Celsius with a typical accuracy of ±0.2 degrees. Measuring relative humidity from 0 to 100 percent, the sensors offer resolution to 0.01 and an accuracy of ±2 percent.
