Digi XBee 3 BLU modules offer designers and OEMs an easy-to-use Bluetooth Low Energy 5.4 solution for connectivity in industrial wireless IoT sensors, edge computing, and smart home applications. The modules are pre-certified in classic XBee form factors (micro and through-hole), offering MicroPython programmability, beaconing, Bluetooth sensor support, and the Digi XBee Mobile App to fast-track use in industrial wireless projects. Digi XBee modules integrate the Digi TrustFence® security framework, comprising secure boot, hardware cryptographic acceleration, and true random number generation, with additional Bluetooth Low Energy 5.4 security through pairing, bonding, and encrypted advertising. Standard XBee API frames, AT commands, MicroPython, and Digi XBee Studio make setting up, configuring, testing, or modernising module functionality easy. The XBee 3 BLU modules offer a robust industrial temperature range for product and application development, deployment, and management.
