- New Product – Mouser Now Shipping onsemi’s AR0145CS Hyperlux SG Image Sensors, Accurately Capturing Moving Scenes
Mouser is now stocking the AR0145CS Hyperlux™ SG image sensors from onsemi. The AR0145CS is a 1/4.3 inch CMOS digital image sensor with a 1280 (H) x 800 (V) active-pixel array. Capturing both continuous video and single frames, the AR0145CS sensors are ideal for scanning and industrial inspection applications. These sensors offer sophisticated camera features, including auto exposure control, pixel binning, row- and column-skip modes, and windowing. An innovative global shutter pixel design allows the sensors to capture moving scenes with speed and accuracy. The AR0145CS image sensors include automatic black level calibration (ABLC) and produce clear, low-noise images in low-light and bright scenes. The sensors are programmable through a simple, two-wire interface and include an on-chip trigger mode for synchronisation, built-in flash control, and two on-chip phase lock loops (PLLs). With this combination of features, these sensors are suitable for a wide range of applications, including bar code scanners, gesture recognition, augmented reality, biometrics, surveillance, HD video, and machine vision.

- New Product – Mouser Stocking New Kingbright QuantumDot 01005 Series Ultra-Compact LEDs for Space-Constrained Applications
Mouser is now offering the new QuantumDot 01005 series ultra-compact LEDs from Kingbright. With ultra-compact dimensions and an exceptionally wide viewing angle, the QuantumDot 01005 series delivers bright, uniform light distribution for space-constrained backlights, status indicators, healthcare devices, smart homes and appliances, robotics, and wearable applications. These LEDs are ultra-compact (0.45mm x 0.25mm x 0.2mm) and feature a wide viewing angle (140°), ensuring consistent and even illumination across space-constrained applications. Designed for low power consumption and unparalleled performance without compromising brightness or energy efficiency, these LEDs improve sustainability and cost-effectiveness by replacing conventional Indium Gallium Nitride (AlInGaP)-based light-emitting chips with quantum dot-converted subpixels, delivering improved colour consistency across a wide range of viewing angles. The QuantumDot 01005’s low-power consumption features 24mW power dissipation, 5V reverse voltage, 10mA DC forward current, 40mA peak forward current, and a 3000V electrostatic discharge threshold (HBM). These LEDs are RoHS compliant, halogen-free, and include moisture sensitivity level (MSL) 2.
