  • New Products – Mouser, onsemi, and Würth Elektronik Partner to Provide Solutions for Next-Generation Solar and Storage Systems

Mouser has partnered with onsemi and Würth Elektronik to address the growing solar inverter market. The growth of the global inverter market is primarily driven by the easy installation of micro and string inverters, as well as an increase in investment toward renewable power infrastructure construction. Significant investment in rural electrification and the renewable energy sector is expected to create lucrative opportunities for existing and emerging players in the market. onsemi’s Silicon Carbide (SiC) solutions address the needs for the highest levels of efficiency, reliability, and safety while their boost and inverter power integrated modules (PIMs) anchor the grid-interface electronics. Würth Elektronik’s gate drivers, sensing control, and peripheral power products complete the system. Products now available at Mouser include the onsemi NXH40B120MNQ1 Full SiC MOSFET module, the onsemi FGY140T120SWD 1200V 140A Fast Discrete IGBT, the Würth Elektronik WE-AGDT high-power auxiliary gate drive transformers and the WE-CSTLF current sense transformers.

  • New Product – Mouser Now Stocking Molex’s HyperQube 6.00mm Interconnect System, Ensuring Reliable Performance in Compact Devices

Mouser is now shipping the HyperQube 6.00mm interconnect system from Molex. The high-voltage, high-current connector system provides reliable mating performance in space-constrained devices. The HyperQube delivers high-power density and robust electrical performance, even under high current loads. The interconnect system features a mechanical keying scheme to ensure board mount receptacles are correctly placed and oriented on a printed circuit board (PCB) or busbar. The HyperQube connector’s space-saving design optimises board real estate, which is ideal for compact applications such as switches. In addition, accurate mating reduces the time and effort required during assembly. The connector’s socket, crimp contact and stripped wire leads are all inaccessible, improving worker safety with a touch-proof and finger-safe setup. The Molex HyperQube 6.00mm interconnect system boasts a UL 94V-0 flammability rating and is RoHS/REACH-compliant. Its operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C allows for dependable power transmission in challenging environments. Designed to meet rigorous industry standards, the HyperQube interconnect system facilitates safe power transmission in data centres, energy storage and industrial automation applications.

  • New Product – Mouser Now Offering ACEINNA’s MTLT305E Dynamic Tilt Sensor Module for Precise Measurements in Agriculture and Construction Vehicles

Mouser is now stocking the MTLT305E dynamic tilt sensor module from ACEINNA. The MTLT305E sensor module provides high-performance tilt sensing in dynamic moving vehicle applications that require precision and stability. The MTLT305E delivers calibrated 3D acceleration, 3D rate, and accurate pitch and roll angles for construction and agriculture vehicles. The MTLT305E is a single-sensor version of the MTLT335D and the replacement device for the MTLT305D. This MTLT305E uses extended Kalman filtering and calibration algorithms to achieve 0.5° tilt accuracy and <10 milli-g acceleration accuracy. This sensor module includes CAN 2.0 (J1939) and RS232 interfaces and is CE-marked RoHS and REACH-compliant. The MTLT305E’s IP67-rated over-molded enclosure and AmpSeal 16 6-position connector provide protection against dust and water for dependable performance, even in harsh environments. In addition, the sensor module is calibrated for accurate operation over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The compact module is the ideal option for rugged construction, off-road, and agricultural applications. The MTLT305E D sensor module supports a supply voltage range of 9 to 32 volts and is fully qualified for use in 12- and 24-volt vehicle platforms. The module is ideal for lift-safe operating angle monitoring, bucket attitude, precision tilt measurements, and mining equipment monitoring.

The PAN9019A variant adds the 802.15.4 frequency for Zigbee® and the industrial, scientific and medical (ISM) band.
