  • New Product – Mouser Now Shipping Molex Premo-Flex Round Flat Cable Jumpers, Delivering Flexibility and Performance for Demanding Applications

Mouser is now stocking the Premo-Flex round flat cable (RFC) jumpers from Molex. The Premo-Flex RFC jumpers enable designers and OEMs to maximise limited PCB space and reduce component costs. The jumpers feature round end contacts, removing the need for a connector and allowing the contacts to be soldered directly to the PCB using a wave soldering process. The Premo-Flex RFC Jumpers are highly resistant to vibration and bending, delivering superior signal integrity in a multitude of demanding environments. Termination options for the Jumpers include flat contacts with a zero-insertion force (ZIF) or a low-insertion force (LIF) connector, round contacts with through-hole soldering, or hybrid options that feature flat contacts on one end and round contacts on the other. The RFC jumpers are available in polyester, aramid, and polyimide insulation options. These products meet Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) requirements. Additionally, they are designed to withstand high temperatures, with polyester variants rated up to +105°C and polyimide and aramid variants rated up to +125°C. The jumpers are ideal for space-constrained applications that require rugged performance, including automotive, industrial, aerospace, medical, and consumer and home appliances.

Mouser is now shipping the SNYPER-5G Graphyte (GL) spectrum analyser from Siretta. The SNYPER-5G Graphyte (GL) is a high-performance, multi-language network signal analyser and cellular signal logger dedicated to surveying and logging 5G/NR 4G/LTE, LTE-Cat M1, NB-IoT and 2G/GSM networks. This spectrum analyser is the first of its kind to detect 5G and other cellular bands, as well as network operator, signal strength, and optimum antenna placement, with additional unique cell parameters for every survey cycle. The device can also detect if a network is only 5G at the edge and the backhaul is 4G. These surveys can be single cycle or multiple cycles, with support for multiple languages (English, French, German, Italian, and Spanish) that include a summary page displaying the relative signal levels and operators of all the cells discovered, allowing the user to determine most suitable mobile network operator available. Mouser is also stocking the Siretta SNYPER-IoT Graphyte (GL) spectrum analyser. The SNYPER-IoT Graphyte (GL) is also a high-performance, multi-language network signal analyser and cellular signal logger designed to survey both new and existing installations on NB-IoT, LTE-M and 2G/GSM networks.   • New Product – Mouser Now Shipping Sensirion LD20-2600B Liquid Flow Sensor for Medical and Food Industry Applications

Mouser is now stocking the LD20-2600B liquid flow sensor from Sensirion. The LD20-2600B is a highly accurate, single-use, streamlined sensor for high-volume medical, life-science or food industry applications. The LD20-2600B is a high-performance liquid flow sensor delivering full-scale accuracy within 5% (H2O), with 0.5% repeatability (H2O), utilising a 6000 μA maximum supply current and a straight, unobstructed flow channel with no moving parts. The LD20-2600B features CMOSens® technology combining the sensor element, signal processing and digital calibration on a small CMOS chip. The sensor provides a bidirectional measurement of flow rates from 1000 ml/h down to single-digit ml/h while also detecting common failure modes, such as occlusion, free flow or air bubbles, with unprecedented speed and sensitivity. The single-use sensor measures the liquid flow rate directly and at the point of interest for more effective patient treatment and improved safety. The sensor provides data on a digital I²C interface via metal contact pads. The LD20-2600B can measure drug delivery precisely and in real-time. Consequentially, therapies become more effective and easier to monitor and control. The sensor enables medical device manufacturers to enhance the safety, performance, and reliability of their products for the benefit of patients and caregivers. The LD20-2600B features extremely low power consumption, making it suitable for battery-powered applications. It is made from medical-grade, chemically resistant wetted material and offers high reliability and long-term stability. The LD20 Base Station, available to order from Mouser, is used to evaluate and test the LD20-2600B liquid flow sensor.
