Mouser Electronics Announces Distribution Agreement with iC-Haus to Expand Advanced Semiconductor and Sensor Solutions

Mouser Electronics Inc., the authorised global distributor with the newest semiconductors and electronic components, today announces a distribution agreement with iC-Haus GmbH, a German-based provider of innovative semiconductor and system solutions for sensors, motion, and light.

iC-Haus develops and manufactures both application-specific standard products (ASSPs) and custom integrated Circuits (ICs), enabling the simple implementation of complex world-class applications. With this new agreement, Mouser will now bring iC-Haus’ solutions to its customers, enabling engineers to better serve applications such as industrial sensor and motion control, position and feedback systems, laser-based measurement, and medical and automotive electronic systems.

The iC-PZ2656 high-resolution reflective absolute encoder, available to order from Mouser.com, is a complete lensless optical reflective absolute encoder IC. With its integrated blue LED and interpolator, the iC-PZ2656 provides a high-resolution single-chip absolute linear or rotary encoder solution. Independently configurable BiSS/SSI, ABZ, UVW, SPI, and analogue Sin/Cos outputs may be used singly or in combination to provide a highly flexible system. FlexCount® and FlexCode® allow arbitrary ABZ resolution and arbitrary code disc diameter.

The iC-TW29  26-bit encoder processor is a complete solution for arbitrary resolution ST and MT encoders.
Independent I/O modules provide BiSS C, ABZ, or UVW outputs separately or in combination. 1 to 4,096 input cycles/rev are converted into a freely scalable output angle of up to 26 bit. Automatic signal error correction ensures a minimum angular error and jitter. Off-centre optical discs or magnetic pole wheels can be compensated for eccentricity.

The iC-HD7 quad differential line driver is a robust, four-channel driver optimised for 5 V and 24 V industrial applications. Its current-limited, short-circuit-proof outputs and low saturation voltage ensure reliable signal transmission, making it ideal for precision and high-reliability industrial control, sensor systems, and encoder applications.

The MB5U high-performance BiSS (SSI)-to-PC adapter is a PC USB adapter intended to enable a simple evaluation of iC-Haus’ integrated circuits using the corresponding evaluation board and GUI software. The adapter provides differential, galvanically isolated RS422 master interfaces for BiSS and SSI via its 9-pin D-sub connector. It enables equidistant data acquisition and is suitable for sensor calibration.

The iC-NZN N-type laser diode driver supports precise, spike-free continuous wave (CW) and pulsed operation of laser diodes, with safety and current-control features for reliable performance. With peak-value current control, optional adaptive current regulation, fast soft-start, and integrated error outputs, the driver delivers accurate, stable, and versatile operation for a wide range of laser diode configurations, including blue lasers.
