The IG275-xxE series provides asynchronous outputs of +15 & -8,0 VDC; the recommended gate bias levels for IGBT driver circuits. Three low cost models operate from input bus levels of 12, 15 or 24 VDC. Features include 81% efficiency, 3,0 kVAC I/O isolation and miniature SIP packaging.
