When: Feb 15, 07.00 – 08.00 CET  or 14.00 – 15.00 CET

What is it about and who is it for?

This webinar is intended for engineers who work on RF power amplifier design and test. It will cover the purposes of research & development, characterization, and production. We will be discussing how to get from electronic design automation to real RF devices while focusing on verification, characterization, repeatability, and throughput. Learn about the benefits and needs for testing with CW and modulated signals. Design optimization through topologies such as Doherty, envelope tracking, and load modulation balanced amplifier will conclude the R&D part. Next step is to make the design ready for production. We will be discussing data volume challenges, test automation, and lifecycle testing. Finally we will consider the requirements for production testing at wafer and packaged device level. Test times and test setup calibration down to DUT ports are key. Practical examples will illustrate RF power amplifier testing made easy and reliable.
