Introducing the CMx series from Isabellenhütte, available now from Rhopoint Nordic
Isabellenhütte a leading manufacturer of precision and high-power low ohmic resistors, have recently developed the CMx resistor series, a range of surface-mount current sensing resistors. These have been designed with power hybrid applications in mind and have also been AEC-Q200 qualified for the automotive industry. These parts are available now from Rhopoint Nordic, an authorised distributor for Isabellenhütte.
The CMx resistor series offers a resistance range from 0.010 Ω to 0.500Ω with tolerances of either 1% or 5%. They come in 3 different chip sizes of 1206, 2010 and 2512, each with their own resistance range, power rating and current rating. Constant current up to either 10A, 14A or 16A, high pulse power rating, good long-term stability and either a 1W, 2W or 2.5W power rating at 70°C depending on chip size. TCR of 50 ppm/K and a temperature range of −65°C to +170°C.
